Sintered bearings

 

• The range of products of MDM o.d. company includes manufacturing of sintered bearings for electro starters of passenger and transport vehicles of a large number of world vehicle manufacturers. The range of products also includes sintered bearings with other applications.

• In the manufacturing of sintered self-lubricating bearings we use bronze powder with or without additives (graphite, MoS2). Such mixture is then compacted into a bearing of an appropriate shape, sintered, sized (in order to improve dimensional features) and impregnated, if needed, in appropriate oil.

• We use steel powder in the manufacturing of sintered bearings for seed-drills.
